Since the beginning of working on the concept of commoning mobility, I wanted to discuss it not only with fellow scholars but also with urban planners: does the concept resonate with them? At some point Jan Duffhues, a city official from the city of Amsterdam, read my work and asked if we could discuss it. We did, and we thought this exchange could be of interest to others, so we wrote a short paper together in the form of dialogue.
